industry. Please see my listing in the accompanying Private Citizen Directory. This Notice & Offer is sent by my agent, Private Citizen, Inc., on my behalf: |
| I consider telephone marketing or junk calls, as defined below, to be annoying invasions of privacy that interfere with my right to enjoy my property and time in peace. You are now denied free use of my property or personal time for such calls! Inform your affiliates and entities on whose behalf you make such calls, of my do-not-call request. (See 47 U S Code sec.227 and Title 47 Code of Federal Regulations section 64.1200 as may be applicable.) |
| I offer you the use of my telephone equipment and personal service in responding to such calls, on a for-hire basis of $500, payable to me within 30 days of such use. Each such call shall constitute a separate acceptance of my offer and your consent to my recording of any collateral conversation which may occur. Use of my offered property or service will bind you to all terms herein and constitute your agreement to pay all reasonable collection costs and/or attorney's fees as may be required. This offer shall extend for one year from your receipt of it. |
| I am unwilling to freely allow your commercial distribution of my name, as such would be a conversion of my personal property to your commercial purpose. I offer to allow your commercial distribution of my name for a fee of $500 per occasion. I will respond to telephoned requests for verification of these offers, for a fee of $500 per call. The terms and conditions described above apply here as well. |
| Use of my offered property or service without payment may be construed as your intent to unjustly enrich yourself at my expense and/or maintain a nuisance in my premises and/or invade my privacy. Such wrongful acts may result in my seeking an exemplary amount in addition to my fee. |
| I define a telephone marketing / junk call
as the initiation of a
call:
- by or on behalf of any; commercial, non-profit, survey or political entity, - intended to sell, rent, survey, acquire donations or otherwise solicit me, - without my affirmative prior consent, - whether such call is dialed randomly, serially or specifically, - presented by voice (live or recorded), by 'fax' or terminated prior to such presentation. Genuine debt collection is excluded from this definition. |
